This dealership is great as long long as you don't ask much of them, they violate you once they get you into finance. They come at you with ridiculous payments and act like they did you a miracle. It took them months to pay off my truck which I kept telling them over and over. They where suppose to give me payoff on my Telluride instead screwed me out of 5k in finance on a deal to buy a Stinger. Now they are suppose to cut me a check for 3k which I can't seem to get an answer where that is. Honestly, nothing at this dealership has really been good, I purchased three vehicles here in six months and got screwed on every single one of them. I think it's time to move on and I would not recommend going here. Alot of people that are in bad situations go to this dealership and are happy to by a car with $800 plus payments because they couldn't get approved for anything else and knowing they can't afford those payments but it's a sale so this dealership don't care. My 2022 Stinger has a broken armrest and both my sub woofers don't work when I brought it to service they put a dollar on them and said they are working. Where do they find these people? Another thing these guys are great at is after you agree to a price watch the thousand they ad on in financing. You've been warned don't take it lightly. More

I car has stranded me several times. Had it towed to you, wouldn't start. Nothing but electrical problems since the engine failed and was replaced. You had it four days. Stated data was being sent to KIA eng wouldn't start. Nothing but electrical problems since the engine failed and was replaced. You had it four days. Stated data was being sent to KIA engineers. You determine the battery was bad ( which Walmart agreed with ) You replaced the battery and delievered it to me. On the way home, the charging system light was coming off and on depending on the RPMs. Doesn't anybody test drive the car after service. If they had , they should have seen he warning light. It has sat in my driveway all week while I was on vacation. Monday, 6-21-21, it will go to another mechanic to see if they can find out which component of the charging system is failing. I would like to get to the point where I can trust this car not to strand me . I'm not sure that will ever happen. More
The person that did my oil change removed the sticker from my window and didn’t put a new one up. Now I don’t know when my next oil change is due. This appointment for service was made on a recall notice from Corporate. I arrived early and after 1 hour was told by a very nice young lady that they did not have the parts necessary for the repair and from Corporate. I arrived early and after 1 hour was told by a very nice young lady that they did not have the parts necessary for the repair and I would be notified when the part came in. I would think that since this is a factory recall and a very dangerous situation that the Service Department would order the necessary parts well ahead of time. Now I will have to take more time off work to return. This was not a positive experience for your dealership. Lynne Rassano More

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Mike and his entire finance staff are horrible the GM of Kia won’t even talk to you. I traded in a vehicle and purchased a new one here on May 4th. Here we are June 15th 41 days later and they have yet to pay off the other vehicle. I have contacted the finance department numerous times and get told the same thing, “once the finance company pays we will over night a check to the other finance company”. I finally got fed up with talking to them and asked to speak to the finance manager Mike who told me the same crap.I contacted Kia yesterday even asked to speak to the GM who refused to talk to me. Was told Mike would call me back in 30 min yet he never did. I finally stated I was going to go over them and report them to the BBB and Dealer Services. I finally got a TEXT message, not ever a phone call like I was told, from Mike stating he sent out a check today. When I asked for tracking number and a copy of the check he ignored me. Horrible customer service I should not have to be doing this but they need to own up to there mistakes. I will never purchase another vehicle from her and will never refer anyone here EVER. More
Again Brandy handled my service repair on my 2019 KIA Optima expertly. Your great service team replaced my blown out speaker and washed and vacuumed my car.
