The Service department is terrible at least to me!! 50% of all service there has been poor and no one cares... One time grease and oil all over my drivers door panel and steering wheel. One time they lost of all service there has been poor and no one cares... One time grease and oil all over my drivers door panel and steering wheel. One time they lost my tire air caps. one time left my washer bottle cover off. the last time they spilled oil all over the inside my engine compartment had to take off the belly pan and have all the oil washed out so it would stop dripping on my garage floor. called the Service manager never called back! I emailed the General Manager for the dealership and also never received a responds. More

Purchased a used vehicle 6 weeks ago, during the detailing the vehicle was some how damaged, I was reassured that it would be fixed. Brought it back up a week later for the service department to loo detailing the vehicle was some how damaged, I was reassured that it would be fixed. Brought it back up a week later for the service department to look at. Once again, I was assured the front grill and passenger mirror would be repaired. I was also told the missing cargo tray/mat would be replaced. 2 weeks went by and not a word. Called and spoke with my sale rep again, he stated the items were possibly on back order and promised to call me back. No call received. I called back the following week and spoke to a manager, who was very brisk and did not even care to hear the full story. He stated there must have been a misunderstanding and would look into it. It’s been 4 days and still not a word. At this point I can’t even enjoy my vehicle, I cannot even take it through a car wash or in to a professional to be detailed. I am scared to enjoy my new vehicle for fear the damages will become worse. I was promised things would be fixed, yet 6 weeks later here I am with my new vehicle that was damaged while I was signing the paperwork and NO ONE will help me get things handled. More
