It took four days to respond with an out the door quote for a new vehicle. On the 4th day when they finally responded, i let them know that we had already purchased a car from a different dealership the for a new vehicle. I’m currently shopping for 2 additional new cars and will be taking my business somewhere else. If they are that slow to respond to sales inquiries, imagine what would happen if you had issues after the sale. I will add that the internet sales employee was courteous and friendly- just unable to get the department that provides quotes to respond to the request. Hope this helps. More
