I received a letter from the dealership offering to buy my 6 year old low mileage Sorento. Spoke by phone with Tom in sales. He was not interested in my Sorento as a trade-in (despite the letter) He my 6 year old low mileage Sorento. Spoke by phone with Tom in sales. He was not interested in my Sorento as a trade-in (despite the letter) He told me that new Sorentos were "flying out at $5000 above sticker" and implied that I cannot afford to buy a new car! Tried to interest me in a used vehicle. I have never met this man ! Stated he would call me back but failed to do so. This "salesman" flat out insulted me. I collected my Sorento from the dealership where it had been treated with skill and care by Dan (new service manager) and the wonderful C.J. (service advisor). Drove straight up Nova Road to the Hyundai dealership, and found a brand new top of the line Santa Fe. Negotiated a great price and an excellent trade-in value for my Sorento. Next day my new car was ready, and I collected it. Goodbye my beautiful Sorento, and goodbye Daytona Kia "Salesman". Insult a customer and lose them forever. Hello Hyundai !
