My service consultant was excellent and completed my service above and beyond. He offered a service that I was unaware of...he had my car washed. The service was completed to my satisfaction. My conce service above and beyond. He offered a service that I was unaware of...he had my car washed. The service was completed to my satisfaction. My concern was about the other service members and management who did not wear masks. My service consultant was very thoughtful of me and to the other customers' health, however, many other employees did not consider the importance of the customer and their health as to the spread of the virus. I appreciate my service consultant and how he went above and made my health a priority by wearing masks. I would like to thank him for that consideration and hope that the other staff members would follow his example. More
