I was told one price for the vehicle and it was higher than that couldn’t explain why. Then I was told one monthly price and that’s what I agreed to. Then when I got to sign it went up $50 a month. Then on my way home I botched the windshield had a chip in it and when called I was told to have my insurance cover it... also had to have the car cleaned again because there was wet leaves in dirt all in the back cubbies and trunk space. Even so my salesperson was great there were a lot of things that made my experience pretty bad. Internet sale manager was the worse off all, between to the point of being disrespectful and very rude, to things that made my experience pretty bad. Internet sale manager was the worse off all, between to the point of being disrespectful and very rude, to be clear he did apologize, if it wasn't that it was such a great deal I would have walked away right on the moment he opened up his mouth. The gentleman that preped my docs Never spoke anything or showed me numbers, never went with me thru the docs and explained anything, just showed were to sign and that was it. My sales guy Devin, he was pretty nice and cool and made everything pretty easy on his end, very relax and professional and so where a few of his partners on the floor. Also can leave out another lady that came from some of the back offices and thought that I was blocking her and was pretty aggressively mad and disrespectful also. Luckily another of the sales reps took her outside and asked her for her keys to get her car out on one shot. Overall if it wasn't for Devin and a few of the sales people but the gem that I found on that dealer for the price I would've walked away. One of the worse experiences. The sales people and the car saved it all. More
A week after my appointment (which was 1 hour and 45mins of waiting) Iwas cleaning my car and found a rag left in my engine as well as my coolant and wiper fluid were almost empty. I called the dealership and was offered to come back. Shouldn't all of this been checked by my service advisor prior to giving me my car keys. I should receive 2 complimentary oil changes for my time and trouble. Very unhappy with the service. Update: Returned to dealership per my phone call with the service dept. Regarding this matter, (keep in mind no apology just 3 reminders that they close @ 5:30pm)the service person who took my phone call treated me like he didnt understand what the issue was, I had to state 4 times why I had come back to the dealership. The employee made me feel like I was in the wrong when all I wanted was the service promised to me and my car. The employee took the rag I returned and my keys and got in my car and took off like he was in a race, in my car. I felt like I was being disrespected and my car was as well. When the employee returned I thanked him, he did not make eye contact. I then asked if I was in the wrong, he continued to walk right into the dealership and said no. Never once was I loud or rude, as I have worked in customer service and I know you should never be treated poorly for someone else's actions. However I still left the dealership feeling like a burden. After this disrepectful experience I never want to return, as well as I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

This individual took the mileage on my car, familiarized me with the paperwork, as well as offered to have my car washed upon leaving After the work was completed, I left having felt confident that my car was in top-notch condition. The young man who greeted me at my car when I brought it in for service was informative, kind, and took the time to explain all questions I had regarding the performance of my Kia Soul.
