Fast and efficient. Gail had me in a new Sorento and back on the road in about 2 hours. This is not my first Sorento from Daytona Kia and probably won't be my last. I couldn't even get into the vehicle I bought because I am disabled however the salesman kept pushing me telling me he couldn't see why I couldn't get into it until I finally did; and I now have the vehicl am disabled however the salesman kept pushing me telling me he couldn't see why I couldn't get into it until I finally did; and I now have the vehicle which I really didn't want. I made a lot of mistakes with purchasing this vehicle and if I ever pay it off because they charged me so much I will never make these mistakes again. I suggest you get the vehicle you want and not the one the salesman wants you to get and if it gets to late leave and don't go to the finance department as I did because I thought they had my best interest as they told me but they did not. So good luck and look over everything before you sign anything. More

Good Morning .....picked up my car Thursday and am very disappointed to find out that I was lied to. First I was there from 11:30-2:30 Sunday being told you were trying to find me a blue car. Finally tol disappointed to find out that I was lied to. First I was there from 11:30-2:30 Sunday being told you were trying to find me a blue car. Finally told you found one, sign papers with Solomon who told me he couldn’t finalize my paperwork with me until I pick the car up as he did not have the vin #. John tells me Sunday car was located and you should have at dealership Monday or Tuesday. Receive call from John Tuesday that car was in fact at dealership and tint would be put on windows Wednesday 3:30. Approximately 1 or so Wednesday receive call from Chris the tint guy asking me to bring car in on October 14 at 11 for tint. When I said tint was due to be done today (Wednesday) at 3:30 he said “ not sure who told you that as I’m the only guy that does tint”. I said I received a call from John. So he proceeds to back peddle and we hang up. I don’t hear anything again until 4pm Thursday to come pick up. I get there and end up having to wait an hour to sign my paper work all to find out that this car is used and has 375 miles on it. When I said something the finance guy says “ all the paperwork you signed Sunday says 375 miles on it”. Hmmmm now why is that as Solomon told me I couldn’t sign or finalize any paperwork until the car was on the lot and I come to pick it up???? Also Keith told me the car I would be getting had 8 miles or less on it and he’d have to sell the one the bosses wife’s friend was driving to someone who doesn’t pay attention. So apparently everyone lied to me right from the start. I ended up getting the blue car that the bosses wife’s friend was driving that I was assured I would not get. Also the car was absolutely filthy when I picked it up. You can confirm that with Keith as he was disgusted as well with the looks of the car. Unfortunately I thought when I left on Sunday that I had a great experience with Daytona Kia when in fact I’ve been bamboozled. I’m quite disgusted and annoyed but obviously I had to drive away with a car someone else had been driving for quite a bit to put 375 miles on it. And I understand my lease starts now but that’s not the point, the point is I was lied to or you may use the term misled right from the start. . To say I’m upset, annoyed, disappointed, is an understatement. More
William Atwell is an amazing sales person. Mr.Atwell was very easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The "man in the box", was also as amazing by far. Everyone at the Daytona Kia ma very easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The "man in the box", was also as amazing by far. Everyone at the Daytona Kia made you feel like you mattered and they actually listen to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford. I am definitely a new Kia fan. I WILL go back and recommend this Kia to all my friends. Thank you for such a great experience and most of all thank you for my beautiful new car, I absolutely love it!! More
