On our 4th car with Daytona KIA. (My wife likes to trade out every year or so.) Only dealer I can remember that I went back to more than twice. It’s very miscommunication. I shouldn’t had to go back and forth for days to get something fixed on my vehicle after I was told when i purchased the vehicle that if anything w I shouldn’t had to go back and forth for days to get something fixed on my vehicle after I was told when i purchased the vehicle that if anything was wrong to bring it back and I brought it back in a timely manner. My salesman (cowboy)told me I could get oil change free for a year but once I sign the dotted line on my vehicle he act as if he never told me anything like that or he didn’t even care what was wrong with my vehicle after I told him once I drove the car off the lot and got home it’s was a clacking noise. He tried to tell me that’s what jeeps do. And I told him cars are not made with that type of noise . He was no longer worried wat was wrong with my car cus he made his sale . Very very disappointed with him would not recommend no one to himself Wayne, Jerome jr and the service manager handled and explain things very professionally to me and made sure I left after as a satisfied customer after coming up there for two days and was up there for four hours. More
