Thank you After having an engine installed in South Carolina,I was told to take my car back to Daytona to have the two sensor lights taken care of because they After having an engine installed in South Carolina,I was told to take my car back to Daytona to have the two sensor lights taken care of because they did not have the parts to fix it. My vehicle was on the lot for repair and sat in water through the hurricane. Daytona KIA replaced the two hub assemblies and put in the two bolts that mounts the catalytic converter to the engine. I should have payed out of pocket to have these things repaired and then been reimbursed but upon telling them that I could not afford this, they took it upon themselves to fix it and seek payment. Daytona KIA made good on another dealerships short comings. While driving from Florida to PA on August 26th, 2019, my engine threw a rod in SC. My car was towed to Charleston. Engine on back order and replaced While driving from Florida to PA on August 26th, 2019, my engine threw a rod in SC. My car was towed to Charleston. Engine on back order and replaced three weeks later. My vehicle went through the hurricane while there. Water line up to the bottom of the door. Two sensor lights still on when I go to pick it up. Service manager tells me to take it back to Daytona because they did not have the parts to fix it. I can understand that because I'm sure they had plenty of hub assemblies to replace as their lot was full of vehicles. Daytona KIA replaced my hub assemblies and put two bolts into one of my engine brackets at no out-of-pocket expense to me. Thank you More

Very unprofessional repairs and shady business One of the technicians drove my car into a curb and cracked the front bumper, kia keeps trying to fix the damage with bondo and fiberglass and refuse One of the technicians drove my car into a curb and cracked the front bumper, kia keeps trying to fix the damage with bondo and fiberglass and refuse to use a professional to do the repairs properly. Ive talked to many licensed autobody shops and everyone of them have told me that the work is substandard. So again when the bumper cracked because of poor repairs they tell me I must have hit something. And that if I want anything done to sue them, very shady and unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone. I guess to get anything done I have to talk to the "handoff owner" as the sales manager would say or take them to court. They take no responsiblity for there actions and are looking for the cheapest way to get you out the door and the next person in. More
