Had appointment I was immediately greeted upon arrival and taken to Chris Appt was for oil change only. Chris was busy doing 3 things at a time. 2 hrs 20 min later I went to see what the problem I was tol and taken to Chris Appt was for oil change only. Stephan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel very at ease with the buying process. One thing that stood out to me was that I had a bottom line that I could not afford to go over. We came in hoping to afford a low mileage used vehicle and with Stephan’s help we got a new vehicle with no miles and the new car gets almost 20 mpg better then we were aiming for.
