The people were nice and stayed to the time that my vehicle would be done. But they stated they could not fix my interior camera on my carnival and marked it as normal even though it is completely fuzz vehicle would be done. But they stated they could not fix my interior camera on my carnival and marked it as normal even though it is completely fuzzy at night and can’t see nothing. They referenced that my camera in my car is like a flip phone quality and that is why it is fuzzy🙄! They also stated because alot of people don’t have my vehicle not alot of people reported this issue and that they can’t fix it and to call Kia corporate and if enough people complain they might recall it!!! It’s not my fault that not a lot of people don’t have my vehicle, that shouldn’t matter. I pay Way To Much for a feature that drew me and probley 90% of families to this vehicle! This is ridiculous and now it seems to be getting worse now! It is probley a cable loose or infared but I doubt that was checked in that amount of time and just was not wanted to be dealt with. People were great but service was poor with issues u have with your vehicle! More
