Customer service is gone. Daytona Kia😡 This shop gave up the courtesy plug in to see what is wrong. Maybe I am not the typical older customer. I had plenty of work needing done on my care, which I wanted to schedule that day. My concern at the moment was a service engine light. Wanted my car safe on the road till my scheduled appointment. I did not want to take up time for immediate appointments and customers. I gave my business to the third place I stopped at. The only one willing to plug it in. Today was my scheduled appointment. Wish I gave Daytona Kia my money but you want 145$ just to plug in my car to find out what is wrong, that is BAD customer service. Good luck. More

They were able to get us in quick, took 6 days off or vacation to do the work. Job wasn't successful, still having issues but can't bring it back since we are in Canada. We watched them drive it around Daytona earlier in the day through the Kia connect app so not sure what that was about. They were very friendly. More
