The young man who greeted me at my car when I brought it in for service was informative, kind, and took the time to explain all questions I had regarding the performance of my Kia Soul. My experience with Daytona Kia was very good. They diagnosed the problem correctly as a wheel bearing problem and fixed my car properly. Or maybe some complementary food as other dealers have but I don't go to car dealers to eat so I won't use that against them. More
