Bad smell from my AC unit and it won't go away First let me say that everyone I have come in contact with at KIA has been friendly and wonderful. However, the problem with my car is still there. First let me say that everyone I have come in contact with at KIA has been friendly and wonderful. However, the problem with my car is still there. There is a foul smell (it smells like a combination of mold, dead things and vinegar) that comes from my dash when I first get in the car. I have had it serviced twice and the smell still has not gone away. If I had smelled it when I test drove my car in March I would not have bought it. At this point I was told there is nothing else they can do. So I drive with my windows down and spray Febreeze when I get in the car. You would think that someone could figure out what smells so bad and know how to fix it. It is not a pleasant way to start the day. Thank you, Leigh Finner More

My car broke down on a Sunday- I was alone and 14 hours from home! Patrick in the sales department saw me and came over to make sure I was okay. The next day, Patrick called me to let me know he looked int from home! Patrick in the sales department saw me and came over to make sure I was okay. The next day, Patrick called me to let me know he looked into my coverage and thankfully I was under warranty. C.J. In the service department also followed up with me and made sure to check in every day. They had my car done that Thursday. My mom is flying down to drive my car back and C.J. offered to stay late on a Friday so my mom could pick my car up. Thank you all so much for your kindness! Not an ideal situation but you guys made it easy! More

I left my car at the service center, and she called within the 2 hour window that she promised to give me an update and let me know that my car would be ready in 30 minutes. The cashier is always super friendly and very efficient! More

I needed a door check replaced on my car so I took it to the Kia dealer so I’d get the right part. They did a great job even washed my car, really appreciated that.
