While the sales process was smooth, since then I’ve been given no help. the second key I was promised at the time of purchase turned out to be a key fob - I was told it would be another $80- then I’ve been given no help. the second key I was promised at the time of purchase turned out to be a key fob - I was told it would be another $80-$100 to have another key made. The first time I opened the rear passenger door, the handle came off in my hand - another $120+. It seems, they were quick to promise things to get the sale, but don’t want to deliver after the fact. If you need it, it is done. I feel that if I need service just arrive and let it be known. I have been in need of service twice and was near Daytona Kia both times and just stopp I feel that if I need service just arrive and let it be known.
