Very happy! This is the first time I've owned a Kia, and I wasn't sure what to expect service-wise. You see, for the past decade or so, I had been subject to, and This is the first time I've owned a Kia, and I wasn't sure what to expect service-wise. You see, for the past decade or so, I had been subject to, and used to inefficient and rude service at the car dealership I used to go to, before I bought this car. I made a 10 am appointment online and as soon as I pulled into the service drive way, Chris came out to greet me. Incidentally, my appointment didn't show up on his list but it didn't faze him one bit. He explained that they have been experiencing issues with their online system, and despite a full schedule, took on my job right away, updated my information on their database, and sent my car in for maintenance. He even asked me if I wanted my car washed, and I said yes. He then explained that it was washed by hand which would take an extra 20 minutes. I have an Owlcam in my car, and noted that a tech started working on my car as soon as Chris dropped it off. Impressive! If that sounds normal or even expected to you, realize that for the past decade, I have experienced awful service at the car dealership I used to go to before I bought my Kia. Something like that would have caused me to wait an average of 1 to 2 hours just to get my car looked at. No kidding. Hand washing cars were out of the question, and a machine wash would have cost me an extra $10.00 at the other place. When I picked up my car, I was thrilled to see that even my tires were cleaned and looked detailed. Are you kidding? Just for a regular maintenance visit? At the last place, detailing cost me a bomb, and even so, visible streaks would be all over my windshield, and it took a day or so before it was done. Not to mention the detailing employees there were some of the surliest people I have ever encountered. Truth is, I had been thinking about changing my car, but after this experience, I think I'll hold on to my Kia for a while longer. Thank you Chris, for making my first service visit such a smooth-sailing and non-stressful experience! I promise my review next year will be shorter, when I become more entitled to your great service! More

I reached out to Keith regarding a new car since I had a bad experience with another dealer and needed to trade in. He was so amazingly kind and honest he told me what my options were and there was absolute bad experience with another dealer and needed to trade in. Good work, but I needed the engine rebuilt at 21,000 miles due to a main bearing issue. The repair was finished quickly and covered by the warranty Two issues, 1) I needed the engine rebuilt at 21,000 miles due to a main bearing issue. The repair was finished quickly and covered by the warranty Two issues, 1) the serpentine belt needed replacement and I was charged for it. Belts are not covered past 12,000 miles but, at only 21,000, I thought it likely that the belt was damaged as a result of the engine issue and 2) I asked for the 22,500 mile service to be performed and a dog lamp to be replaced while the dealer had the car. Neither was done. The people were friendly and easy to talk to, so that was nice. More
