I just started my first winter as a snowbird and needed an oil change on my 2015 Kia Soul I happened to drive by and stopped to make an appointment to get it done. Daytons Kia Service is the place to go We showed up at what we thought was our appointed time, however, when we got there Chris Veninga was our service rep. Chris informed us we weren't We showed up at what we thought was our appointed time, however, when we got there Chris Veninga was our service rep. Chris informed us we weren't on the schedule. He asked us how the appointment was made, we did it on line and within the week before we called to check the appointment and was informed that they have been having trouble with that system and no longer use it, but did say he would make., Unfortunately that wasn't done either. Chris told me that he would slip us in between appointments. We waited and Chris kept us informed every once in awhile, and at about one hour 10-15 minutes Chris came in and said the car was ready. After the paperwork Chris walked out to the car explaining what work was performed and showed us the inspection report indicating all systems were checked and all were good. Being handicapped, I couldn't thank Chris enough for going that one extra step to service my vehicle. His can-do attitude and professionalism reflect highly on Chris and Daytona Kia. If you need a new car or service this is the place. More

Service was ok. Amenities are slowly taken away. (just coffee that tasted like water) tried to use a coupon and service did not grant it because I did not print it out. Did not do what was ask !!!? Ask for oil change an tire rotation only got oil change!! But charge for! Had to go back to have tire rotation! Washer fuild not refilled!
