Great Afternoon Visit I arrived at 4:10 pm with no appointment for oil change and tire rotation., Rodney service person said no problem. Walked out without getting the service done super rude, absolutely useless staff. I rather drive back to Deland to get my car serviced as I did in the past 15 years. When I pulled up I had to wait in the office because the person was sitting in the office was busy with his phone. When I made a noise finally he payed some attention. He was short asking what do I want... I told him I had a 2:30 appointment. He asked me for what? I told him I had a 50000 mile service . He looked at me I came from the moon. Finally he said I might need an oil change.!!?? I let him know that my car rides funny and my headlight is out. Took my car to the back and came back with trying to sell me 15 different things.. Looking at me like I am stupid. At this point I felt weird that he is forcing me to buy everything however my car is only 2 years old. That’s not what I used to from DeLand Kia. I told him to bring my car around and I left. More

Thank you After having an engine installed in South Carolina,I was told to take my car back to Daytona to have the two sensor lights taken care of because they After having an engine installed in South Carolina,I was told to take my car back to Daytona to have the two sensor lights taken care of because they did not have the parts to fix it. My vehicle was on the lot for repair and sat in water through the hurricane. Daytona KIA replaced the two hub assemblies and put in the two bolts that mounts the catalytic converter to the engine. I should have payed out of pocket to have these things repaired and then been reimbursed but upon telling them that I could not afford this, they took it upon themselves to fix it and seek payment.
