Service The service department was fantastic. They were very thoughtful and went well out of their way to try and fix my HORRIBLE experience with my salesman The service department was fantastic. They were very thoughtful and went well out of their way to try and fix my HORRIBLE experience with my salesman Ross. Ross however will never get any kind of good review from me. Ross made my experience miserable. But Tim Speckman especially and also Scott Falcone made the crappy situation much better. You see, when i purchased my brand new kia rio. They didnt have the spare key. So i was told it would be mailed to me. About a month later i texted Ross asking when i should expect it. About a month after that i finally called him and asked what was going on. He had ignored my last few texts. At this point. I had been a ditz. And walking off of the beach. Proceeded to lock everything in my trunk, including my only set of keys. Yes. it was my fault. But i then had to wait three hours. In the 100° weather for a tow man to unlock my car. Got a killer sunburn and almost dehydrated myself. And was fuming mad. Because if i had my spare key when i should have. I would have only been stuck outside with only my phone for 30 minutes. Now i called Ross very upset. He had told me he had been in contact with the service department. and i could go up there at my convenience. Your facility is an hour away from my home. I work two jobs. And go to nursing school full time. NOTHING about the situation was convenient. But i drove up on my only day off. The service department had no such conversation with Ross. And he wasnt returning phone calls because he was eating his lunch. But the outcome of this over two hour venture on my day off, is that a key needed to be ordered first. And then fitted to my car. Let me tell you, i was not a happy camper. So it was a wasted trip. This is when the two guys in service made my experience a little better. Through kind words. They promised me to fix the situation. Detail the car, fill my tank, and get my spare key on my next trip up. All that was promised was followed through with. And i very much appreciate the gentlemen in the service department. Ross however. Wasted my precious time, wasted my money, and i really wish i hadnt purchased my car through him. More

Early drop off, easy to do Dropped my car off before hours so i could get to work on time. I'd stopped by the day before and grabbed the form to fill out, so it would be quick.
