So when you deal with a company that puts customer service first it's like magic. Mike handled my recent visit for scheduled maintenance on our 2016 Optima. There was a list of items from oil change to new wipers, brake flush, etc. Mike told me everything that would be done, how much it would cost, and when the car would be ready. He was right on the mark for everything. For me that was magic, but I could tell that for Mike it was routine. Daytona Kia understands the value of customer service. More
Excellent experience I took my car to KIA for a recall repair. I had received two letters from corporate to get this done. Although my appt. was not on the schedule (I ha I took my car to KIA for a recall repair. I had received two letters from corporate to get this done. Although my appt. was not on the schedule (I had made the appt. by phone) Joe the service advisor said the repair would take about 45 minutes and they could "work me in." I was amazed that my total time in the wait area was one hour from start to finish. More
