My name is Christine Frederick and I am the customer service director. I am sorry to hear that your car had an issue with the break caliper. However it looks like the part was ordered for you and the Service Manager made several attempts to call you to let you know it came in, however your phone that we have on file is not a good phone number. He also sent a number of emails to let you know the part was in, also of which you did not open the emails that were sent to you. While we do apologize for the issues with our phone system on our end, we have made several attempts to get into contact with you. If there is anything more we can do to help please don't hesitate to reach out.
