Mike in service was AWESOME! VERY professional and helpful Mike was great, talked with me about recommended services and got me right in. service itself was delayed and auto was not cleaned as well as I'd thou Mike was great, talked with me about recommended services and got me right in. service itself was delayed and auto was not cleaned as well as I'd thought they'd do, and took longer than expected to the point that Mike had to go out twice to inquire as to he delay. I've had a couple of major repairs, electronic steering column replacement and battery replacement, and the work was exemplary. I can't comment on cost because we bought every warranty under the sun when we purchased the car from Daytona Kia. Mike is my new service advisor and I was very pleased when I had my oil changed a couple of months ago. My husband was also pleased with his service during this last visit for a tire issue.
