Was called a few days prior for my 2nd key I was called a few days prior to me comong in to pick up my 2nd key and have it programmed. I spoke with a couple of service advisors, but neither 1 I was called a few days prior to me comong in to pick up my 2nd key and have it programmed. I spoke with a couple of service advisors, but neither 1 of them knew what was going on. I had to wait for the asst service mgr. I explained what happened and this was bad customer service. He offered a free oil change. More
