Exemplary experience. Visited with electrical problem. Diagnosed problem and found that problem was not Kia's but hitch wiring from independent contractor. Didn't charge me a diagnostic fee and only $5.00 for new fuse. While there I had the tires rotated for $13.95 and they did a service recall repair all within 30 to 40 minutes. I asked numerous questions and got very polite responses from Chris Veninga. An all in all very pleasant experience. More

Recall service I had previously taken vehicle to service center for recall issues.
