Great and accomodating. The service professional was awesome and explained everything to me in detail and also tried to help me get a part for my 2016 KIA Sorento that I purc The service professional was awesome and explained everything to me in detail and also tried to help me get a part for my 2016 KIA Sorento that I purchased from you a couple of months ago. A rather small part but was missing from the console when I purchased the vehicle. He was able to locate the part number, etc. Unfortunately, he said it was to late for me to get it and have it installed under the vehicle's warranty. Boo, hoo. I didn't agree with this at all and should have been informed by the salesman who went through the vehicle on the day of delivery to me. This wasn't Bob's fault though. He was just conveying the disappointing information. More
