NO COURTESY VEHICLE! TOLD THEM I NEEDED TO DROP OFF MY CAR AND IMMEDIATELY LEAVE TO BE ON TIME TO WORK, I WAS HELD THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR, MAKING ME LATE!! WAS GIVE9N ABS TOLD THEM I NEEDED TO DROP OFF MY CAR AND IMMEDIATELY LEAVE TO BE ON TIME TO WORK, I WAS HELD THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR, MAKING ME LATE!! WAS GIVE9N ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS PRICES FOR THINGS MY VEHICLE DOESNT NEED!!! SERVICE ADVISOR WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. CALL CENTER KEPT HANGING UP ON ME. I PICKED MY VEHICLE UP AND WENT TO A MECHANIC SHOP AND PAID A 1/4 OF WHAT THE DEALERSHIP WANTED. 2 DAYS LATER THE DEALERSHIP CALLS ASKING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND I SAID TERRIBLE AND SHE LITERALLY SAID "OK" AND HUNG UP!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!! WILL NEVER RETURN EVER!!!!!!!!! More

I was shocked when I realized that two items were added to my oil change that I hadn’t requested or authorized. Afterward, I checked the receipt and noticed that a fuel additive and an oil additive were ad to my oil change that I hadn’t requested or authorized.
