Excellence in every way! My 2023 Sorento SX had two simple recalls and while it was in, I had them complete the 15000 mile service. The service was completed fine, but what impressed me the most was how clean my vehicle was when it was returned. The interior windows had been cleaned, it was vacuumed and dusted inside and not only was exterior run through the wash - - - time was taken to hand dry it. That costs at least 60 bucks at most of the local car washes. Finally, I took my mother-in-law's 2012 Soul for the ignition fix and the older car got the same cleaning! Excellent service facility! Just needs a update for comfort and snacks. They have a great popcorn machine that could be used to make an instant impact! More

I came to Daytona Kia because I was not happy with the service I received at a different Kia dealership. Tyler has been my service consultant each time I have had to bring my Telluride in and he has been service I received at a different Kia dealership. Tyler has been my service consultant each time I have had to bring my Telluride in and he has been great. He keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle and thoroughly explains in detail any recommendations they make. Each time I have been there, I needed to get a ride to and from work and they always get me there on time. The drivers are alway vey nice! More
