On my last visit to Kia I was greeted and served in a timely fashion. My service tech was very courteous and knowledgeable and was able to assist me with the answers to my questions. My SUV was in for a timely fashion. My service tech was very courteous and knowledgeable and was able to assist me with the answers to my questions. My SUV was in for a recall and I given another appointment which is scheduled for this Friday to insert the parts needed. I’m grateful to have such a great team of people who go over and beyond to make sure our problems are taken care of. Keep up the fantastic work team Kia. More

Problems were not solved at all. Transmission, at times, will hit hard going into gear from a stop or acceleration from a slower speed. The problem exist but Kia did not experiance it yet charged me 175. dollars,however I do understand Kia cant look at a car without a charge. Brought the car in this time due to intermittent noise created after ABS Moduel was replaced 2 weeks ago. The sounds were definitely not there prior to the ABS change. The old ABS did cause a vibration sound. This sound is different but could possibly be caused from the new ABS modual. I explained to Erica that she did good work but I was not happy with the trip to Daytona Kia and my outcome. More
