A couple of weeks ago I called daytona kia at 830am had oil leak. THEY said bring it in at 930am. BY1230 I was on my way home.Fixed leak under warranty no charge. Never reset maintenance schedule on cars computer. Everytime I start the car it says I'm 4000 miles past service. Second time. Forgot house keys on key ring. Went to the back and service manager hande Everytime I start the car it says I'm 4000 miles past service. Second time. Forgot house keys on key ring. Went to the back and service manager handed me wrong keys. When I told him they weren't my keys he tried to tell me well then that's not my car. I think I know my car. He insisted it wasn't my car because the tags didn't match . Again I told him I think I know my car. He insisted it wasn't my car. Finally after the third time he went back in and retrieved the correct keys. It was there for a simple oil change and tire rotation. If I didn't pay for a service contract when we bought the car I would not go back. Everyone one else I've delt with there have been awesome. More

I was duped into buying a car! Employees used the “f” bomb constantly! Was treated very badly and even laughed at by the finance manager! Was made to put my own tag on my car! I have had no dealing with the service department? I explained that this was to be my last forever car due to my age and retirement. So the salesman really could have gotten me into a vehicle that would last at least 1 year. The car really is a lemon. Everything has gone wrong with it. Also I was sold a car that has manual transmission paddles behind the steering wheel, which according to my ins agent, turns it into a sports car. Making my ins higher then the car payments! Really? At 63 I just wanted a long lasting car, Never asked for a sports car lol. More
