I’m not used to not talking to a mechanic or service manager. The service guy was nice. He couldn’t really sell me on the services he was recommending because he really didn’t know if I needed those ser manager. The service guy was nice. I recommend a mechanic or service manager to come and speak to the car owner so we can get a better understanding of what our cars really need and not something the dealership is trying to sell or force us to buy. Great interaction with service department. I was informed of everything that was to be done and received a courtesy ride home and back to the dealer again. Took 7 hours to determine a dead battery. Returned next day $214 later. No one took the time to check the oil... brike down 1 week later ... low on oil and tge catalytic converter completely Returned next day $214 later.
