Excellent help at service however no one ever answers the phone. I called 5x different departments. Sales, service, parts. I've had this problem the last time I was in. The service dept bent over backwards to make something right their salesmen caused!! I went in to look at a new Sorento. The only thing I ask is it had Sat XM Radio he assured me it did, so we made a deal right their salesmen caused!! I went in to look at a new Sorento. The only thing I ask is it had Sat XM Radio he assured me it did, so we made a deal and in the process this sales person takes my old license plate from my old car and puts it on my new car with bolts that didn’t fit half the bolt was sticking out of the hole and the plate was loose. When I tried to change it out the hole was stripped so I had to take it back to service to have them figure this out. Not only did the sales person lie to me about having Sat radio to sell a car, he messed up the bolt hole for the license plate so I had to go back to service to get it fixed!!!! The service dept is great. The sales dept a lot to be desired!!!! More

They told me I needed a wire harness to fix my brake light but it wasn’t what I needed the brake light still does not work light but it wasn’t what I needed the brake light still does not work More
