Good people, they truly worked to get me in the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. It's a beautiful car. The salespeople are nice, but beware and be prepared to be lied to when you get to finance department. Understand the finance department is where the really money is made. According To Austin in the Finance department, who was released from the dealership probably for telling the truth of the scams, high commissions. Selling warranty's yields 50%!! or more commissions. After buying three cars from there I can say they are worst dealership I have ever bought from.(I have bought 54 cars and this has been my worst experience) They are in breach of contract on there lease, where in paragraph 17 says they are to show info on warranty before we sign and completed copy of warranty as soon as possible which we never got. Understand one dealer in south Florida had to pay 6 million for there warranty scams. Please if you have been scammed like us know that you can report this dealer to the FLHSMV and the FTC. Also rate them on Dealer Rater, Google reviews, Yelp reviews and Next-door. The scam warranty's , if you cancel, you will not receive your money after two months waiting. Chris the sales manager said he would pay us tonight 12/7/2023 then cancelled. It is new car dealership that runs like a used car dealership. I purchased two cars in March 2022 (Mazda Cx- 5 and used Subaru Forester). Had a horrible experience with Patrick in Finance. He was rude to me and also very harsh to salesmen Said. I wrote letter to GM Mr. Pandelos. I was told by another employee that Patrick was fired or layed off at a later date. Then On September 30, 2023 I was with my wife who brought a brand new Mazda CX-5. Austin was finance guy but in there with him was Patrick!!! Well my wife was sold on idea for a two year lease by nice Salesman Dan and Helped by nice lady Shanna. So Patrick left the room and Austin did the paperwork when we were sent to finance dept. This is where it went bad. Austin said that it would be good to get a protection plan for wheel scratches or dents and other stuff. He told wife and I that would cost $275.00. We were rushed threw the paperwork not having time to read clearly everything. So Today I was reviewing the yellow contract and there was a protection plan for $595 and service contract for $732.00. Total $1,327.00 Why were we sold that when we were only going to have the car two years on lease and it had bumper to bumper warranty for three years!!! Total rip-off and we were lied to on price of 595.00 plan (was not 275) and dishonestly put in service contract in deal not even knowing we were charged for. (732 dollars) I asked Austin today how much commission or profit did you get on those two items, he said $500.00!!! Basically half the contracts were profit. I have dealt with many dealerships and never been treated this dishonestly. Maybe Patrick was coaching Young Austin the ropes of the trade. I purchased a car last Saturday at another dealership, There is plenty of competition here I encourage anyone to go to another dealership. I'm loyal guy , purchased 7 cars from one sales guy in Jacksonville/Coggin Toyota. I have looked at yelp reviews 3.5 stars and BBB one star. More
Went in for ONLY an oil change at Daytona Mazda, service department employees were friendly & professional, but once oil change was completed & hadn't even driven for 2 minutes realized my gas mileage was a department employees were friendly & professional, but once oil change was completed & hadn't even driven for 2 minutes realized my gas mileage was at only 50 miles left when I dropped off my vehicle it was at 70 miles left of gasoline...so how do they explain the discrepancy...they can't...they're siphoning customers gasoline is what, unbelievable...called corporate office because that is illegal More
Nobody likes to discover a serious problem with their car, but Daytona Mazda's service advisor Erica Cruz took it in stride. My Mazda wraparound warrranty has 12,000 miles remaining, but only until December. I'm planning to hit the road to continue enjoying my 2017 Miata ND Club-plus. More

Patrick, F&I guy, was also a cool cat and the sales lady Cat has most excellent customer service skills. I enjoyed talking and working with them all. I went for one and ended up leaving with two because they had an older car there that my husband bought in addition to the new one I bought. Their facility is super clean and nice. The coffee was good! Even the other employees I encountered were nice. I felt very welcomed. Took home a freshly clean and washed car with a full tank of gas and no questions. 👏 The only room for improvement would be to have more than one F&I guy to make deals move faster. But, I’ve worked in the industry and was patient and understanding of how it goes. More
