He was very efficient and appreciated that I wanted to minimize the amount of time I spent at the dealership so we handled everything via phone/text/email so I was in and out...I hope he's still there when my lease is up because he and the dealership were superb! Chris is a fantastic sales rep. I was looking for something very specific and the terms I wanted for my lease were very specific and he totally got that. He didn't try to get me to make any concessions and made the entire process painless and smooth. Beyond that, I do feel he went above what other reps would do. There was a delay in the transfer of my existing tag so I had to be issued a dealer tag until the following day at which time he drove an hour and a half (round trip) to my home to provide my registration and retrieve the dealer tag. He didn't complain once! I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to others. More
