I have never had a negative experience when taking my RX8 in for service and/or repair. I'm never overcharged or told I need services that are not needed. All repairs and service are fully explained and I'm treated courteously. This has definitely been the case at the two other Florida Mazda dealerships I used before I found Daytona Mazda.
