Never dealt with service at a dealership before, because I did not trust them. This one is different. I don't feel like I am being ripped off or overcharged every time I turn around. A previous salesmanager gave me a deal that doesn’t exist(trade up program) and no one was able to fix it for me. I am paying almost $1000 a month and if I would have known that I was being lied to I w exist(trade up program) and no one was able to fix it for me. I am paying almost $1000 a month and if I would have known that I was being lied to I would have never agreed to it! I was ok with struggling through the $985 payments for the 6 months I was promised, but I can’t continue to do so. This happened to four other people and Daytona Mitsubishi isn’t doing anything to help them. I would have never signed a contract if I knew I had to come back with $20,000 to put down. That’s what the previous manager left out! He said I can come back with no money down. If I had $20,000 to put down then why would I need to do the trade up program?!! More
