Daytona thus far has been a great with competing for my business over the phone. Worked with Glenn for a pretty smooth transaction over the phone after defining needs, warranty, and of course Price. This is the 2nd Camry I've purchased from Daytona Toyota since 2012 and both transactions were seamless and quick worked out over the phone (I knew what I wanted as far as warranty, price, and vehicle). All of the final details and price completed over the phone with stipulation of Test Drive of vehicle to complete transaction. It only took about 20 min to complete the transaction F&I (Didn't finance at Daytona Toyota). Though I was very familiar with 2014 Toyota Camry from rentals and very impressed with this model year especially over the 2011. Glenn is professional and listened to me. Daytona Toyota was competitive since I was looking at Camry's within 200 miles there were slightly better deals. Dealing with Glenn in the past was refreshing. I paid about $300 (chrome grille) more than competition. I'm an educated buyer and mind was set on purchasing a Camry within my numbers, warranty and Daytona has a repeat/loyal customer. I'm not sure why Jacksonville is so high on their Camry's its cheaper to drive to Daytona. Jacksonville dealers were firm on their pricing and not to mention no photos of new cars. Note to Dealerships, I don't want to purchase a New Car if you don't have actual photos. Good job on that Daytona Toyota. More

I recently purchased a new Toyota Tacoma TRD after a month of researching and looking for previously owned Tacomas. Craig was so easy to work with and very personable. We were able to accomplish much via email/internet, which eliminated time wasted in "the dreaded glass cubicle". He knew exactly what I was looking for and my price range, and gets 5 stars for delivering exactly what I was looking for at a realistic price. I traded my 14 year old Tacoma and knew what the resale would be on the market if I sold it, and he didn't insult me with the standard $500 trade in that I expected would be forthcoming. I really can't say enough good things about Daytona Toyota, their service center, lifetime oil changes and warranties. Last year I bought a preowned Tundra for my son, which was my first dealing with Craig- and he delivered to perfection, which is why I returned to him and Daytona Toyota when it was time for me to purchase my own vehicle. The service center was easy to deal with on the preowned purchase last year also. I will gladly refer any prospective car buyers to Craig and Daytona Toyota. More

After buying a 2012 PriusV at Daytona Toyota and driving it for 20 months, we decided to trade up to a 2014 Toyota Avalon Limited for a quieter and more luxurious ride. We spent many hours researching the m it for 20 months, we decided to trade up to a 2014 Toyota Avalon Limited for a quieter and more luxurious ride. We spent many hours researching the model, reading reviews and checking availability and prices throughout Central Florida. We ended up going back to Daytona Toyota -- initially just to window shop, but after an hour of negotiating with Ash Masha, we had completed a deal. Ash recognized we had done our homework, and didn't try to make us settle for a car already on the lot. He broke out the details of the price package and explained how he arrived at his out-the-door figure. To sweeten the deal, he rounded down the final price and threw in some options (mud guards, side molding). He didn't waste our time with small talk, flattery or badmouthing of other dealerships. The trade in value allowed was in line with Blue Book quotes. The car was delivered ahead of schedule and met all our expectations. Having mostly positive experience with Daytona Toyota's service dept was another point in the dealership's favor. A relative who is a retired car dealer reviewed all details of our purchase and agreed we had been given a fair deal. One tiny shortfall of the dealership was not having glossy brochures or booklets giving the full specs of the Avalon. We had that information from the Internet, but people without computers or car magazines would have been poorly informed. More
