This is the 3rd vehicle purchase I've made at Daytona Toyota and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I shopped at dealers in the Jacksonville area and could not find what I wanted at the price I wanted. Toyota at the Avenues even blew me off and wouldn't show me a car.... I sent an email to Daytona as I was going that way anyway in a few days. They replied back and asked what they could do to win my business. 24 hours later and not even walking into the dealership, I had a deal that beat anything in the Jacksonville area (and free oil changes for the life of the car). I showed up at the dealership and walked out 60 minutes later with my brand new car. Folks, you can't beat that. Craig was easy to work with, James as well, and Randy was very knowledgeable about the features in the car. These guys want to sell you a car at a GREAT price. I feel I was shown a lot of respect as a customer and certainly do appreciate that. Thanks guys! More
I went in to test drive a couple of cars they had advertised. I can't remember who actualy worked with me - it doesn't matter as they were totally worthless. I found a used Toyota RAV 4 with only 2400 miles on it and was interested in purchasing it. I had to leave the dealership so I told the salesman that I would circle back with him. I called him and told him I was interested in the car. He told me he would work the figures and get right back to me. 8 hours later no callback. I then contacted someone else and asked them to call me back - they never did. Later I was told the car was sold. I sent an e-mail to the GM telling him my dissapointing situation. He never wrote back. I figure this dealer is so good they don't need my business. I took it elsewhere and bought another new vehicle in town. More

Folks, let me tell you this dealership they work with you and do what it takes to get you the auto you want. We were unable to purchase the car today because of a lease car that still has five payments to go and do what it takes to get you the auto you want. One year ago i bought a used Toyota Corolla From Daytona Toyota.Chaz i think was the salesman and he did a great job finding financing that i could do with my less than OK credit,and i love my Corolla. Starting one week after i drove off in my car ,I have been harassed by the most aggressive sales department I've ever dealt with. Before i had even made a payment i was being called over and over from the salesmen telling me that i should bring in my car and trade it in an a brand new car for 0% financing. If anyone there actually looked at more than my name and phone number they would easily be able to tell that i barely qualified for the high risk financing i did get and that no way in xxxx would anyone give me a new car with 0%, but they just keep calling and calling. sometimes 4 or 5 times in a week and a couple times 2-3 times in one day. Even telemarketers have more respect.And that's just the phone calls. i could build a house with paper Ive gotten in the mail with the same sale pitch. I have skipped my first 2 free oil changes and done them myself since now I'm worried the free oil change is just a way to get me to come there so i can be harassed in person. it's worth $20 and a half hour of my time to change the oil myself and avoid the vultures. The saddest part is i love this car but not only will i never buy another car at Daytona Toyota,but I'll probably never buy another Toyota since overly aggressive sales tactics like this are often corporate driven, and changing dealerships probably won't change a thing. More

All the employees were extremely welcoming. Craig Lattz walked me through the entire process, step by step. He answered every question and concern. Let's start off by saying that i was a little nervous at first that the deal i received was going to be blindsided by a normal car dealer gimmick. Not here with Craig and James.
