Monica was recommended to me by Howard in the service department. I had brought our Avalon in for service and was interested in a Prius. My salesman, Craig Laitz was fine, worked with me over the phone and deal was done as expected. Drove over 200 miles to get this particular car and I'm very pleased with it except for the fact that I foun the phone and deal was done as expected. Drove over 200 miles to get this particular car and I'm very pleased with it except for the fact that I found out the tires were 6 years old and completely dry-rotted. I contacted the sales manager and his response was he would not warranty that because "dry-rot" was a subjective thing as Goodyear just wanted to sell me tires. I then left a message for the general manager and my call was never returned. Needless to say the tires began to not hold pressure and I was forced to replace them at a cost of 550 dollars. 3/16/12 After submitting this rating I was contacted by the general manager who then settled the matter to my satisfaction. Therefore I have now changed my rating. More
Traded in a 2003 Limited Sequoia SUV,low mileage,mint condition.Was supposed to be worth $12k for trade-in.when I produced the report they base it on, they said that was just a guide. They whined that they may have to pay to clean the trade-in and the mileage is not as good as other cars and they won't get much for it. That was Friday. By Sunday the vehicle was for sale at $15K when they would only give us $9K.They took $900. off our sticker for the new car.I figure they took us for $5K. CROOKS with NO INTEGRITY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I will spread the word.I have the proof!!Our children(3) will be looking for other vehicles soon,would I send them there? NO....you Lose more than the money you took from us. Money cannot buy INTEGRITY! UPDATE: Had a short meeting with the GM and was told by the GM that they only make $100. profit per new car????? Why would you still be in business! Got no satisfaction there! I will make it a point in the next 3 months to make sure that I will tell 25 people who are looking to buy a Toyota,NOT to go to their Dealership. Thanks for nothing. More

Also, Monica went far and above in ensuring that we were completely satisfied. When we came to pick up our new car we realized that the mirror was not the one we were expecting. We thought the mirror with the garage door openers were on the mirror that came with our car, but it was not. Monica arranged to have our mirror changed to the one we wanted without charging us extra. What a super gal!!! More

I purchased a 2008 Camry from Daytona Toyota, Craig Lattz was my salesman. My experience with that sale was excellant. I received an advertisement email on Sunday, telling me about the special program Toyota was offering, so I decided to give Toyota another chance, only because Craig was such a great salesman, when I purchased my 2008. I am not a proud owner of a 2012 Toyota Camry LE, and I got a AMAZING deal. Thank you Craig! More

The paperwork was easy and Steve Piaz was perfect as the person who did the financing paperwork. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and Loveta even walked out and let me show her how pretty our new car is. All in all it was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. More
