Jonathyn the initial salesman knew absolutely nothing about the car I purchased and didn't seem to mind it at all. The car needed a repair and I had to chase it down with daily phone calls. It was a good experience, all around. I did not feel rushed on my 2 visits - one to order the Prius & test drive it, and the 2nd visit to pick up the new car. Craig was knowledgeable and friendly. My Toyota Rav4 was making a clunking noise and I researched the issue on the internet. Found that the steering shaft needed to be replaced and the Technical Service Bulletin that related to this re researched the issue on the internet. Found that the steering shaft needed to be replaced and the Technical Service Bulletin that related to this repair. Also discovered that the pricing for this repair should be approximately $280 before taxes and the repair should take about 1.5 hours. With this information, I started calling several dealers and received price quotes up to $700 for the repair. Daytona Toyota quoted what I expected at $300 and I brought the car in for the repair the next day. They did the repair while I waited and it took them the 1.5 hours that I expected. The total bill was $318 and inline with what I expected. Everything went smoothly and so far the repair has fixed the clunking sound. I would definitely use Daytona Toyota again for any major repair. I think Howard did an excellent job responding to my questions and getting me in the door for the repair. Good Job Dayton Toyota! I will be back for both my service and new car needs. More

I visited this dealership on 1 17 2012 to purchaser a used toyota prius and trade in my older pruis. From the moment I called and spoke to Craig I felt very comfortable. I was shopping a couple auto options and simply wanted to try to arrange things before I drove from Orlando to Daytona to be sure that it would be a deal that would likely work. 2 other dealers I spoke to blew me off and would not work with me on the phone at all and simply told me I had to drive over, not Craig. he worked with me, saw my credit was real good and that I was sincere and when I got there it was just like he advised me. I got a great deal and feel good about my experience. I will never go to those other dealers again. Well worth the drive to feel like I was working with family. I am all smiles. Juan More

Monica Lewis did an excellent job reviewing features of the Toyota Prius and answered all questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner. She went out of her way to locate an owners manual for the v the Toyota Prius and answered all questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner. She went out of her way to locate an owners manual for the vehicle but after much effort was unable to locate a second set of keys. She did all that she could to make this a perfect transaction but I feel that the dealership fell short in not offering a second $ 300.00 key at least for half price since they only could find a single set for the car. So two thumbs up for Ms. Lewis and OK experience for the dealership. More
