I found them to be straightforward and no nonsense. Deciding to buy a car and the process is commonly dreadful, but my experience at DTS was great. I drove the car again just prior to signing the paperwork and noticed a slight pulsation- they very willingly turned the rotors on the spot without hesitancy. The car only had one key when I picked it up but Craig called the former owner who is giving me the valet key. They also located the second programmed key so now I have 3 keys!! Purchased a Camry XLE 2009 w/ 75K but looks brand new- all options- leather, moonroof- car was immaculate. I was looking for two things: MPG and dependability. Got both. Craig was awesome- did everthing to make me a satisfied customer. I will deal with them again. Already considering purchasing a second Camry once I pay my other car off soon. More

Salesman Doug Matton was great! Had no problem it was the after service that was the biggest problem. Traded in my Toyota with payoff for another Toyota. Causing us to pay $18.23 to finish payoff and save our credit. If we had never checked on this it would of gone on unknown. Just leased a 2012 Camry XLE from Daytone Toyota. I love the car. My number one consideration was "If I'm going to lease a new car, what car is guaranteed not to give me any problems for the first 36 months the car. My number one consideration was "If I'm going to lease a new car, what car is guaranteed not to give me any problems for the first 36 months?" The obvious answer was a Camry. The '12 re-design is very nice. The interior is particulary handsome. Even though there is still some hard plastics on the upper portion of the dash, the black color combined with the lighter colors on the seats and doors give the interior a rich look. The Sales Rep - Jonathan Ranney - did a nice job getting us in and out of the dealership in just a couple of hours (on Christmas Eve, no less). We didn't haggle too much on price (not having a trade-in helped). He was ready and waiting when we arrived for our appointment. That's not always the case with Sales people so it was a pleasant reassurance when Jonathan appeared within just a few minutes of our arrival at the dealership. The only complaint is the "Toyogard" package. Its still not worth the $699. To me its just an irritant to have to even negotiate over it. However, everything else about our experience with Daytona Toyotas was good. We drove about 45 miles to get to the dealership even though there is a Courtesy Toyota dealer less than 10 miles from us. The drive was worth it. We used our Credit Union's relationship with Zag to get a discounted price that was acceptable the day before we visited the Daytona Toyota dealership. If you aren't a credit union member, AAA also has a relationship with Zag. If you aren't interested in haggling for two hours, I highly recommend using a buying service like Zag. You might be able to negotiate another $100-$200 but my time and energy is worth more than that to me. More
All I can say is Wow. Jonathan Ranney has to be the best representative for Toyota as he is personable, knowledgeable, prompt, and on top of his customers wants and needs. The vehicle I was looking for had just come in and he gave me a verbal preview of the vehicle history. He got together with the service department and expedited the ability for us to be presented with a very clean, well taken care of and low mileage vehicle the very "next day". I/we test drove the Toyota Tundra and fell in love with it. It was all and more than Jonathan hinted :) Jonathan even gave us a virtual tour of the vehicle before we took it off the lot for a test drive. He even noticed that the antenae had been broken off and made arrangements for its remaining piece to be removed and another antenae installed. I felt comfortable talking to Jonathan about anything and everything about the vehicle and his answer was honest and followed by a smile which to me is very personal and friendly. I would recommend (and have in the past) my friends and family to call Jonathan Ranney and experience the connection I/we had in finding the right vehicle for their needs. Daytona Toyota has a very excellent employee in Jonathan Ranney and I hope he is with this company for many years to come. Thank you Jonathan for everything you have done for us and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase and we are adding you as our dear friend as well :) More
