The overall process in purchasing my 2011 Tacoma was awesome, no craziness no back and forth negotiations thank God. I live in JAX FL and was hoping my local dealers could meet or beat the price and save me a ride to Daytona, they couldn't beat price and they even suggested I buy from Daytona they stated that it was a great deal. Enough said in my book when another dealer says go with them !! The only negative experience was the turning over the check in the finance managers office it felt a little shady they always stated please acknowledge the camera is videotaping this and that you understand what your doing ? Also they wanted to upsell a warranty, I can't fought them there but reallyit's a Toyota what Warranty do I need??. I know they want to protect themselves but it just didn't feel professional. I think there is room for improvement on their part but maybe this is common practice with all dealerships, I would know since I don't have anything to compare it with. I have never purchased a new vehicle before. Craig and Rob the sales manager were straight fwd. and excellent to deal with I would recommend them to my friends and family and down play the candid camera : ). Cheers. More

The business office was helpful and there was no high pressure tactics used for add ons. Toyotas are great cars, and with the dealership lifetime power train warranty, there is little worry about the purchase. More

Craig was great. I told him what I wanted and asked him for his best price. His price was more than a $1000.00 cheaper than anyone else, so good that I ordered the vehicle that day. The vehicle I wanted had to be ordered so we had to wait about 6 weeks for it to come in, but Craig kept us informed of the expected delivery date. The vehicle came in about a week early and we drove 500 miles to pick it up at the dealership. You may think driving 1000 miles round trip to pick up a new 2012 Highlander is a little excessive, but for the deal I got on the vehicle, I'd do it again tomorrow. Thanks Craig! Don & Trina More
We had asked Jacque in your service dept to recommend a sales person that we could get to show us a van and not pressure us that first day.We have health issues and that was our first concern in deciding o sales person that we could get to show us a van and not pressure us that first day.We have health issues and that was our first concern in deciding on a vehicle........That part of our visit was very sucessful and Monica was very helpful with those issues....In the one visit, we were able to make a decision and chose to purchase a new Sienna van.....She did her search and found a car in south Florida and made the arrangements to have it brought up for us.....We returned the next day, completed the paper work, and left with our new Sienna.......We have driven Toyotas for a number of years and have been very pleased with their product.........Monica is a very good re-presentation of the quality of personnell at the Daytona Toyota dealership..
