During negotiation he implicitly understood that the process is not "zero sum game" and so we achieved resolution through reduced price and increasing value of our trade while still providing fair return for the dealership. Glenn had the confidence of dealership management and self-confidence to work our purchase without recourse to a third party. We had a distasteful experience with a local dealer during an internet vs sales showroom price which made us distrusting of the sale totally. We cancelled the sale and immediately found the internet listing of this car with Craig two hours away from our home. My wife corresponded with Craig and since we had already driven a model like the one he had, we were sold on the make and model already. She requested bottom dollar figure without trade - out the door amount. Craig got back with her within a half hour and the price was more in line with what we wanted to pay with no pricing surprises. We drove down to the dealership after work that same evening, handed them a check and drove away with our great Camry Hybrid. Craig drove around with us and taught us what we needed to know and was very attentive to our needs. He is an extremely personable, charming and considerate young man and we were pleased to do business with him. We did not feel uncomfortable in the least with our dealings with any of Daytona Toyota's personnel and they were kind enough to see us through our purchase even though it made them late closing up shop. We felt totally relieved when we saw and drove the car since it was in pristine condition. No surprises; so far no worries and we couldn't be happier. (Now, if my wife will allow me to drive the car, it would be SOOOO much nicer for me!) I would totally recommend this dealership and sales staff to any one looking for a new car. More
