I was looking for a previously owned vehicle.. I did an online application for credit and when I was called I was given the name Craig Lattz. When I got to the dealership, I was taken to Craig.. He immediately made me feel comfortable and did not push or make me feel pressured.. I had been elsewhere and was talked to and treated so poorly by their salesman I left the dealership...I kind of began to feel anxious and while Craig was checking on prices, trade-in values and ect for me, I left without even letting him know... as I just kind of had a melt down.... Craig called me then emailed me just to make sure I was ok and told me it didnt matter if I came back to buy or not he was just concerned and wanted to know if I was ok.. wow what a great impression that made on me.. We again discussed the car, prices, and what it would take for me to be comfortable enough to purchase the vehicle.. Craig was so patient and kind. I went back to the dealership knowing that I would be well taken care of and that he was not just there to sell me a car but he truly did care about how I felt. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and I am sure it wont be the last.. I know there is a sterotype about "used car or car salesman" but Craig sure is not one of those guys... This dealer had the most selection of used Toyota trucks. I spoke with Craig Lattz on line concerning used trucks. The primary salesman(Craig Latz) was very professional and kind, however I had to "deal" with a different person when it came to the final price, which I find annoying. Before driving over an hour to get and kind, however I had to "deal" with a different person when it came to the final price, which I find annoying. Before driving over an hour to get to the dealership, I was informed that I would get a "minimum" of 3500 and no more than a maximum of 4500. This led me to believe I would get something in between. Not the case. This "different person" offered me 2700 for my used vehicle when I arrived, and acted like it was going to hurt him to give me 3000 (the old I'm gonna do you a favor bit) when I questioned him. The second area was getting hit with a $700 "Dealer Fees" neatly typed ahead of time into the sales receipt. In these economic time this should be exempted for customers. My wife and I were so in shock about the hidden fee that we did'nt even know what to say and paid it without even trying to negotiate it. I am happy with my used vehicle but can't help but feel shafted on these two areas. More
