There was no going back and forth haggling on price and no low ball insults on my trade. We discussed where I wanted to be on the deal and it was literally one trip to the sales manager to get approval and we were done. Jermaine isn’t your typical car salesman. He was very personable and professional and he made the entire dreaded car buying process completely painless and actually enjoyable. Rodney in finance was awesome as well.
