I am sure there are many women out there who will agree with me when I say "looking to buy a new automobile is a frightening and exhausting experience I am sure there are many women out there who will agree with me when I say "looking to buy a new automobile is a frightening and exhausting experience." I have not purchased an auto in 13 years and the thought was terrifying me. I was searching for a certain make and model and wanted to keep my payment between a certain range. After searching local dealers in and around Orlando and driving to Lake Wales, Leesburg and Saint Cloud to look at vehicles only to find they smelled like smoke, the entertainment system did not work, they would only finance for 4 years due to the mileage and the interior was not as advertised I finally found an angel in Jermaine Luis at Daytona Toyota. He took the time to explain to me, over the phone, about the loan lengths, mileage and answered all my questions about the smell, interior and working systems of the vehicle, prior to driving over to Daytona. I was able to put a deposit down for them to hold the vehicle until the weekend so my husband and I could view the vehicle. The vehicle was everything as advertised and more and Jermaine was a great help. If I ever am looking for a Toyota another used car on their lot, I will be sure and give him a call. More

Confused I loved my salesman and the truck. However, the rest was nothing but a nightmare. I thought the deal was done but the finance department kept want I loved my salesman and the truck. Never in my life have I put down $15,000 on a car and felt like I should just bend over. I thought my interest rate was going to be lower but it was actually higher.
