Poor time management I had an 8:00 am appointment for my first six months checkup. I was advised that it would take up to 45 min to perform the service. An hour has past I had an 8:00 am appointment for my first six months checkup. I was advised that it would take up to 45 min to perform the service. An hour has past and still no car. After the 90 minutes mark, I finally went to the supervisor inquiring about my car. He informed me that that they were backed up and it should be ready soon. If the service dept opened at 7 am and I arrived at 8 am, how in the world could they be backed up. I was advised the service center had an excellent reputation of providing great service. With this visit, they failed and failed miserably. The waiting room looked like the CA DMV waiting room. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of service. I wrote the review here because I never received a survey form regarding this visit. More

Buying a new car with Jermaine Lewis Our salesman was usually Larry Ollinger. When we came in this time to "look around" Larry was not available and we were introduced to Jermaine Lewis. I hesitated , but as we stood debating we were aware of a young man with a smiling face and a twinkle in his eye. Hey, let's look around with Jermaine! He was well informed, kind, with a great personality, easy to deal with and never pushy!! Surprise! He helped us find "our" new car by really listening to us and worked with a sincerity we don't often find in sales personnel. Jermaine is our guy! We know if we need anything he will lead us in the right direction. Thanks with a pat on the back to a great guy. More
