We just had our 5000 mile service done and Jacquie was service rep. Even though she is extremely busy she did not rush me when I had questions. She was always in good spirits and smiling with a great attitude. I made an appointment so our service was done quickly with no issues. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and customer friendly. The complimentary snack options are great but wished they had some healthier options. More

Too many issues and changes along the way. Tried to do as much as possible via phone as these days most deliveries are pretty standard. We knew what make and model, what we wanted to pay, just needed a Toyota dealership to handle transaction. Price changed several times as dealership added fees and as we got closer to paperwork, including once when we actually did the paperwork, Manager made sure Person doing paperwork offered no explanation other than "sign here and here..." in many cases didn't even know what the form was. Actual delivery was short and covered basics but left out many features we will figure out from manual. We ended up with the car we wanted at the price we originally agreed to, but it was a battle and a long and laborious process. More

After my initial inquiry about a specific vehicle, they assigned a team member who very promptly got back to me. Glenn worked with me and was able to answer every question I had, provide me information I may not have requested and very professionally prepare my wife and I for our purchase of the right vehicle. (I had previously bee promised one thing and "rope-a-doped" by no less than four other dealers to this point) Glenn was most interested in that we got what we were looking for, felt that the process was fair and transparent, and that we were ultimately satisfied. I can say without question that: 1 - Our expectations were well exceeded by Glenn and the team at Daytona Toyota and Scion, and 2 - We are exceptionally happy that the car we bought which was exactly what we asked for. Overall I would rate this as the single best experience I have had at a Car dealership - hands down. Thank you and we are extremely happy with the RAV4 and our experience at Daytona Toyota and Scion!
