Friendly and very low pressure Had a young man as our sales person who answered most of our questions or found out the information promptly when necessary. Listened to our automobile needs and showed us what was available. Not a high pressure sales person. Found the model and color of car we wanted in just a few days. We would have liked to have had a better turn in value on our well kept well maintained 8 year old van with 150,000 miles on it, but it did not happen. We are pleased with our new vehicle and are getting used to the bells and whistles. More
