I took my 2020 4Runner in for tailgate realignment. I was given an estimate and told I had to come back to get the work done. I didn’t want to make another trip from New Smyrna to get the work done. Also estimate seemed very high and no one explained or discussed it with me. For these reasons, I’ll probably get the work done at an independent shop. Issues are with body shop not the service writer. More

Several thousand dollars in needed repairs (approx $4200). Picked up vehicle and next day broke down. Popped hood and pulley they installed half off and shredded.
