Daytona Toyota does good work. However they won’t accept any work I complete myself. I continually get notices of problems that I have addressed and fixed. The wait was too long. 1hr 45 min for an oil change. Unacceptable. When I questioned him, he said people come late and throw off the schedule. I came in as an emergency, check engine light. I was told that I would be 'worked in' and I understood. I was shuttled home, my driver was great, and my car was finished sooner than I expected. Then, a Lyft came to take me back to the dealership which finished the whole experience at a perfect 10! I'm almost 78 and will keep my car until I quit driving which most likely means more repairs. As long as I continue to get great service and my repairs aren't overpriced, I will stick with Daytona Toyota service. More
