I tried to make an appointment at Toyota in Daytona on two separate occasions online. The first time I called to confirm they said they didn’t have an appointment for me. I decided to give them a second chance and I called the service department and got an answering machine I left my information And I received text messages back stating that I had an appointment on a Saturday morning and they would give me a courtesy loaner car. When I arrived they did not have an appointment for me but John Murray went above and beyond to get my car in for service and get me a courtesy car. He also looked up to find out that I had an extended warranty on my car and that I only had to pay a deductible. I appreciated That he looked into my extended warranty and they had my car ready the next day. I will definitely go back to Daytona Toyota. And I will definitely be calling John Murray as my contact. More

The oil filter was never changed you have to remove the skid plate to get to the filter and the skid plate was still covered in dirt with no sign of finger prints on it or on the filter housing. The oil appeared to be dirty.After I changed the oil and filter my self it is now clear .This is my third Tundra. And I keep them for 10 to 12 years doing the oil changes my self .with not one issue with any of them . That why it is so important to me keep up with oil and filter changes.It appears you have at least one Technician who thinks he cut corners and no one will notice maybe he needs to find something else to do.
