The only issue experienced for this trip was I was promised a Toyota Prius hybrid for a loaner and they did not have one. Kelly Jordan went out of her way though to fix the issue. Too many issues to include in a brief survey. I will state that I was at the dealership for over 3 hours to have tire rotation and A/C cleaning done. I originally stopped to have an oil change. T I will state that I was at the dealership for over 3 hours to have tire rotation and A/C cleaning done. I originally stopped to have an oil change. They told me I didn’t need that done. I had them do a tire rotation and check a rattle in my A/C. I was given an estimate of just over an hour. When I checked on it at 80 minutes, because the status on the board never changed, I was told they don’t hear the rattle (it’s still there) and they recommended an A/C cleaning. Believing that might help the issue, I agreed to the cleaning. Another hour+ later, I checked on it again and was told he was just finishing. I could see my car sitting in the back, NOT in a work stall, running for another 25 minutes before I was called to the service desk. More
